Hallo-Worlds Fest is a four-day Halloween music, carnival, technology and charity experience built around the public celebration of CliqClaq AIO. The event brings together more than 34 performers, more than 30 rides and attractions, fireworks, food, vendors, costumes, the glow foam experience, community partners and charity-focused programming.

Hallo-Worlds Fest is scheduled for October 28–31, 2027 at Sarasota County Fairgrounds, 3000 Ringling Blvd., Sarasota, FL 34237. Planned public hours are 1:00 PM–12:00 AM each day.

No. Hallo-Worlds is a four-day festival running Thursday through Sunday. Guests may choose the pass type that matches the days they plan to attend when those ticket options are available.

The festival is designed to include all-ages programming, with some attractions, areas and activities restricted by age, height, health, capacity or credential level. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors at all times.

Hallo-Worlds is designed to support charitable and community initiatives through approved festival partnerships, fundraising activities and designated proceeds. Confirmed beneficiaries and current impact information will appear on the official Sponsors & Charity section.

The public lineup release is scheduled for July 30, 2026. Artist announcements, updates and future schedule releases will be posted on the official Lineup page.

Artist announcements come first. Daily assignments, set times and the final production schedule will be posted closer to the festival after routing and production details are confirmed. Guests should recheck the lineup page before traveling.

Yes. Artists, attractions, performance times and production details are subject to change because of travel, weather, safety, production or circumstances outside festival control. Updated information will be posted through official Hallo-Worlds channels.

Do not send booking submissions through vendor, street-team or general employment forms. Use the inquiry option provided on the official Contact page so the request reaches the appropriate team.

The full ticket selection is scheduled to become publicly visible on August 30, 2026. Before that date, approved guests may enter the ticket page with a valid presale access code.

Use the official Presale Signup page to request a special presale invitation. Receiving or entering a code provides access to the protected ticket page but does not guarantee that a particular pass will remain available.

Purchase only through the official Hallo-Worlds Tickets page or a ticketing partner linked directly from hwfest.com. Avoid screenshots, copied checkout links, social-media resellers and unverified third-party listings.

Yes. The updated ticket selector allows guests purchasing a two-day pass or three-day pass to choose the specific festival dates they want, subject to availability and any combination rules shown during checkout.

No. The ticket page does not publish total ticket inventory. Passes will be presented by type and availability without displaying the festival’s complete capacity or remaining quantity.

The ticket page will show all pass types currently offered, including eligible single-day and multi-day options. Only the products displayed in the official selector are available for purchase at that time.

The festival is planned as a rain-or-shine outdoor event. Tickets are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in the ticket terms. Severe weather or other safety conditions may delay, pause, relocate, modify or cancel programming.

No. A valid code unlocks early access only. A ticket is not secured until checkout is completed and the order confirmation is issued.

Current plans include more than 30 rides and attractions, live music, the glow foam experience, fireworks, costume programming, food and retail vendors, technology showcases, trick-or-treating and charity activations. Individual attractions may have operating hours or participation restrictions.

The glow foam experience is an illuminated, high-energy attraction where participants may get wet. Participation is optional and may include age, height, health or capacity restrictions. Wear appropriate footwear, secure electronics and follow all staff instructions.

Fireworks are planned as part of the festival production. Exact nights and show times will follow the final stage and safety schedule. Personal fireworks, sparklers, flares and incendiary devices are prohibited.

Ride access, wristbands and any attraction-specific charges will be identified on the ticket and festival information pages before the event. Every ride remains subject to posted height, age, capacity and health requirements.

Participating vendors are required to support supervised trick-or-treat hours on Friday and Saturday from 4:00 PM–7:00 PM with candy or event-safe promotional treat bags for children and adults. Final timing remains subject to the published event schedule.

Yes. Costumes must allow safe movement and security screening. Masks may need to be removed for ID checks. Real or realistic weapons, projectile props, sharp objects, long chains, excessive stilts and props that block walkways are prohibited.

Daily costume contests are planned with multiple categories. Entry rules, voting instructions, prizes and deadlines will be posted before the festival. Event staff may monitor costumes throughout the day for eligibility and safety.

The current vendor pricing covers all four festival days, October 28–31, 2027. A 10′ × 10′ space is $4,500, or $2,250 plus 5% of gross sales under an approved split option. A 10′ × 20′ space is $5,500, or $2,750 plus 5% of gross sales, and a 20′ × 20′ space is $6,500, or $3,250 plus 5% of gross sales. VIP Lounge service vendors pay a $3,000 space fee plus 5% of gross sales. Split-option vendors must process or record every transaction through an organizer-issued Toast handheld or another approved sales-tracking system. The final 5% gross-sales balance and any outstanding charges must be paid before leaving the festival grounds on October 31, 2027.

Standard vendor fees are not due until the application has been approved and selected. When an optional expedited-review payment is displayed, it only accelerates review and does not guarantee acceptance, placement or exclusivity.

Current setup dates are October 26–27, 2027. Breakdown is scheduled for November 1–2, 2027. Assigned arrival windows, credentials and vehicle rules will be provided to selected vendors.

Yes. All approved vendors must participate in the Friday and Saturday trick-or-treat program from 4:00 PM–7:00 PM using candy or safe promotional bags suitable for both children and adults.

Alcohol may not be sampled or given away without prior written festival approval and all required licenses, permits and controls. Approval is category-specific and cannot be assumed from general vendor acceptance.

Subject to approval, the VIP Lounge may include face painters, artists, lash and brow technicians, nail technicians, massage therapists, barbers, hairstylists, tattoo artists and piercers. Licensing, insurance, sanitation and category-specific rules apply.

The current VIP Lounge structure is a $3,000 space fee plus 5% of sales. Any approved split arrangement must use the assigned handheld Toast payment system. Cash is permitted but must be accurately logged. Mismanagement, underreporting or theft may result in removal, a future-event ban and referral to law enforcement.

Openings may include guest services, admissions, operations, setup and breakdown, production support, hospitality, vendor support, cleanup, runners and other festival functions. Roles, pay, schedules and eligibility requirements will be listed in the individual posting or hiring communication.

No. Applications are reviewed based on staffing needs, qualifications, availability and screening requirements. Only an official written offer or onboarding notice confirms placement.

Street Team members help promote Hallo-Worlds through approved online and community activities. Completed assignments may earn points toward festival passes and other published rewards. Unauthorized flyposting, spam, impersonation and misleading claims are not permitted.

No. Street Team participation and paid event jobs are separate programs with different applications, terms and expectations. Apply through the page that matches the opportunity you want.

Submit requests through the official Media & VIP page. Include the outlet, assignment editor or primary contact, coverage plan, audience information, requested dates and links to recent work. Submission does not guarantee approval.

No. Professional cameras, detachable lenses, tripods, audio recorders, video rigs and similar equipment require advance approval and the correct credential. Personal phones and small non-professional cameras remain subject to the guest item policy.

No. Sampling, brand activations, signage, surveys, filming and promotional distribution require written approval and an assigned agreement or credential. Unauthorized promotion may be removed from the grounds.

The final festival map will identify public entrances, box office, rideshare, accessible parking, vendor areas, first aid, stage areas and attractions.

Parking routes, pricing, operating hours and entry instructions will be published with the official festival map. Parking is capacity-limited, so carpooling and rideshare are encouraged. Do not park on private property or block nearby homes and businesses.

Yes. A designated rideshare location is planned to keep vehicles away from pedestrian entrances. Follow festival signage and the current transportation map rather than asking a driver to stop at an unapproved gate.

Accessible parking is planned near an accessible entrance and is available to vehicles displaying a valid state-issued placard or license plate. Space is first-come, first-served, and the final route will be shown on the event map.

Sarasota and the surrounding area offer hotels, vacation rentals and campgrounds. Book early for Halloween weekend. Official lodging partners or discounts will be linked from hwfest.com rather than offered through unsolicited messages.

Yes. The map will be added when the approved production, emergency, vendor and transportation layouts are finalized. Check the website shortly before the event for the newest version.

Yes. All guests and belongings are subject to security screening. Refusing screening can result in denied entry. Items surrendered or abandoned at screening may not be returned.

Accessible routes, restrooms, parking, viewing areas and an accessibility services location are planned. Guests needing a specific reasonable accommodation should use the official contact form as early as possible.

Yes. Manual and powered mobility devices used by a person with a disability are allowed, subject to reasonable safety requirements. Guests should bring their own device, charger and accessories; rentals are not guaranteed.

Trained service animals assisting a person with a disability are allowed as required by law. Pets, comfort animals and emotional-support animals are not admitted as service animals. Service animals must remain under the handler’s control.

Necessary prescription medication and medical equipment are permitted. Medication should remain in its original labeled container when practical. Notify security of needles, oxygen, refrigeration needs or specialized equipment during screening.

Festival management may delay gates, pause performances or rides, clear areas, shelter guests, modify fireworks or close the event when conditions are unsafe. Follow official alerts and staff instructions.

Parents and guardians are responsible for their minors. Unsupervised or disruptive minors may be located and reunited with their responsible adult. When necessary, the minor and responsible party may be removed without refund. Harassment, threats, fighting, stalking, discriminatory abuse and dangerous conduct are not tolerated.
